Early birthday celebrations

On Sunday we celebrated Emma's upcoming birthday with Grandma and Grandpa Brown.
We enjoyed a nice dinner and birthday cake and Emma was very excited to get some Littlest pet shop treats!!

Another fun day at the farm

Last Friday we spent another fun day at Whittamore's farm.
This time we were joined by my girlfriend Erin and her two daughters Caitlin and Lauren.
Unfortunately Caitlin wasn't feeling her best so I didn't manage any pictures of her but Emma was quite taken by Lauren and enjoyed playing with her and helping her up and down the tree house stairs.
One day she is going to make an awesome baby sitter!

Whitebread siblings family camping

On Saturday after the kids soccer tournament, we headed to Sibbalds Point for the annual Whitebread sibling camping trip.
We stayed until bedtime and the kids had so much fun playing with all their aunts and uncles.
Maybe next year we will stay overnight!

It wasn't really hot enough to swim (although our two will swim anytime, any place!) but we did enjoy a walk to the beach and some stone skipping.

Last games for the summer.....

This weekend Emma and Gabriel had their last soccer games for the season.
They had a year end tournament where they received trophies for their participation.
I have to say that being our third year playing soccer, we really hit the jackpot for coaches this summer.
Both were great, but Gabriel's really was amazing!
Another fun summer of soccer comes to an end and both kids are already talking about what teams they will be on next year...always a good sign:)

On Wednesday the kids and I enjoyed a fun day with Auntie Megan at her parents' pool.
It was a perfect day to spend in the water and we all really enjoyed ourselves!
