Family night at the movies

We enjoyed some family time at the movies this evening and saw Shrek Forever After in 3D....a fun movie that we all enjoyed!

Wonderland with Mommy

Rob has been super crazy with work this weekend so tonight the kids and I headed to Wonderland for some fun!
It was such a nice evening to be outdoors and the crowds we're too bad for a Saturday.

The pool is open for the summer...and spring too!

We've all been enjoying the pool this week with this ridiculously hot weather we've been having.
Not that I am complaining as I am loving every minute of it!!

Gabriel caught up on the counter (half an hour after bedtime) eating a lollipop!
It was too cute not to catch on camera. He is with out a doubt our little monkey!

On Saturday we went and spent the day at Auntie Nancy and Uncle Jay's. They recently bought a play set and Rob went to help Jay set it up.
The kids all had a fun day playing together and anxiously waited for the play house to be ready!

Gabriel is all registered for soccer this summer and will be playing on Tuesday nights!
He is pretty excited as are we and tonight we went and met his coach and picked up his uniform.

Emma has been on the Silver team the last two seasons so we thought it was funny that Gabriel's first year is Silver too....

New Bike and it's Hot Wheels!!

Gabriel got a new Hot Wheels bike this week thanks to his friend Diego.
He is loving it and is getting really good at riding it too!

A visit from Uncle John and Auntie Kim

Last night Uncle John and Auntie Kim came over for dinner.
We had a lot of fun in the backyard after dinner as it was such a warm evening!

Wednesday morning picnic

Today we spent the morning at the park with some of Emma's school buddies.
We packed a picnic and the kids all enjoyed playing for the morning and then having a picnic lunch before school.
A great way to start the day!

We ended our picnic with a walk in the forest where the kids enjoyed walking and riding their bikes and scooters.

After school play dates

We've had a couple of play dates over the past few weeks with Emma's school buddies.
After school we hit a park for a few hours for the kids to play.

Yesterday we went to dinosaur park ( one of our faves) with Celina and Diego and the kids all had a fun time!

Finally!

Yesterday our good friends Claudia, Nima and their son Kianu came over for a long over due visit.
We have been trying to get together since Christmas and had attempted several times to get together however between three kiddies, colds, stomach flus and other yucky bugs we've had to post pone.

We did manage a wonderful visit yesterday though and it was a great afternoon.
Gabriel and Kianu played so well and Emma enjoyed playing with them too and was a big help.
It was so warm that we spent the entire time outdoors and the kids got to share their water table and sand box which was a hit.
