Fall Festival

On Thanksgiving weekend we spent the day at Brooks Farm with friends Ed, Erin, Holly and Declan.
The weather was perfect and we all really enjoyed ourselves.

Family walks

We've been taking advantage of this wonderful fall weather we have been having by spending lots of time outdoors.
A few weekends ago we spent the afternoon at Scanlion Creek hiking and enjoying all the beautiful fall colours!

Gabriel's first class trip

Gabriel had his first class trip a few weeks ago. (Yes we have been bad with posting!)
His class went to a local farm to pick some pumpkins and I had the pleasure of going with them.
It was so fun to get to experience this with Gabriel as I have gone on most of Emma's school trips and I was happy to spend such a fun time with my littlest buddy!

Gabriel has a best friend named William (who was his partner) and I think it was this day that set a very special friendship into motion!

Zip line fun

One of the hits about the farm was their zip lines. The kids loved them and I think we spent almost an hour on and off them (it helped it was quiet).
Unfortunately I didn't manage a picture of Gabriel on them as I went with him on his turn, too hard for him to hold on independently.
Emma as you can see loved everything about them!

Brooks Farm

After apple picking we enjoyed some fun in the play yard. We were also joined by Nancy and the boys which is always a treat!
