Emma's birthday

Emma started her birthday celebrations at home with a pancake breakfast made by Daddy!
After breakfast she opened her presents and then we headed out for our annual Labour Day camping weekend.
When we had Emma on Labour day Rob and I made a deal that our camping trip would come second to Emma's birthday. This is the first year that her birthday fell on the weekend and it was on Saturday...right in the middle.
We left it up to Emma as to whether or not she wanted to be camping for her birthday and after some consideration and bargaining ( balloons in her tent!) she decided she wanted to go.

We had a great day with her full of balloons, presents from a lot of our friends (a surprise to all of us...thanks guys), cupcakes, pinata and a movie!!
Not a bad way to ring in your sixth year!

She had a perfect day and thanks to everyone for their phone calls and well wishes and making our birthday princess so happy!
